The club is directed and controlled by the club patron.

The clubs officials are elected by members democratically by use of a secret ballot and the candidate who gunners the simple majority is declared a winner.

The official body comprises of an executive committee (office bearers) and the committee which consists of members who are appointed to head the group units (representatives).
